Crystal Clear Pools & Spas

I have used Crystal Clear Pools & Spas from my pool install to yearly open and closures and repairs. Not sure my pool nor I would survive without Rob and his team. They are quick to respond, very professional, and great to deal with. Highly recommend for any of your pool needs.

Crystal Clear put a new liner in our pool. It was not an easy job because, after the old liner split, the pool was not used for a couple seasons, so it was in a little disarray. They were very meticulous and careful during the installation, however, and it looks better now than when the pool was first installed. The job was a little pricier than I wanted, but overall it was very good work.

Rob and his team did a great job replacing the liner on my 16' pool. The pool looks fantastic and good as new! They did the work fast and communication was great leading up to the job. I would recommend them to anyone

Rob and his guys did an amazing job at removing our 44-year-old Kayak-style pool. They were courteous, timely and neat and tidy. Our yard required a special ingress and egress, and they faced every challenge without a negative word. The removal, backfill, leveling and smoothing out the topsoil were perfect. I’m sure Rob is great at pool installation and maintenance, but he gets high marks for his demo work too.

Rob and his staff are efficiency t and respectful of property. He has been my only pool professional for nearly 10 years. I highly recommend Rob and his company.

We got a referral for Rob (Crystal Clear) from Pooltown where we purchased our pool. We were replace a pool that we had for over 20 years but the pool we want to put partial in-ground. We were told Rob was very meticulous on his installations. We were willing to wait for them to do our install because we were a little late to the game with getting in their schedule. I’m glad we waited because they did an excellent install digging 20” into some tough clay. They were very professional and good to work with. I would recommend for your pool installation.

Rob and I worked closely since last season as it was cooling down and he helped me visualize a good size pool and location that would look best in my yard. I ultimately ended up buying both the pool, filter, heater and had him install it so he covered everything under the sun. I visited a pool store and felt everything Rob had quoted was fair and reasonable. What I liked about Rob was he was upfront about timing expectations and cost. He made life easy by coordinating the dirt haul away, the sand drop off, the water fill, etc. The day of the installation, the excavator had a malfunction and so he had to improvise and have it hauled away. Due to this, he ended up staying later the first day to try and get back on track from what could’ve become a timely install. When it was all set and done, the pool looked great. The cover that was not included along with a mat to protect the liner he brought over a couple days later and checked back up on me to make sure everything was working well. I would recommend Rob for your pool needs and I would recommend him being your FIRST call. I’m confident in the work that was done and he is definitely not a rookie having installed for decades. Side note, we were unsure about getting bottom drains but for an up-charge I’m glad we did, so far cleaning has been easy. Pictures show some of the work we did after install which crystal clear did not do such as the rock border and sod around but that’s to be expected.

Rob and his crew are absolutely incredible! Rob put my pool in 13 years ago and yesterday he replaced the liner, filled in the deep end so it was level and touched up a few rust spots. They did all of this in about 6 hours! I highly recommend using them for all of your pool needs, you won’t be disappointed.

I purchased a new pool in late summer of 2023 and also had an old one that need to be taken down. Because of the weather issues that fall the install of the new pool would have to wait until sping. Rob and his crew took down the old pool and preserved the area for the winter so they could continue in the spring. The following spring they returned to install the new pool. Rob and his crew did an amazing job and I couldn't be more happy. The entire crew was a pleasure to work with!

Rob and his crew were exceptional. Great communication. I had issue with my pool liner in November when all the water drained out of the pool. Rob answered the phone and answered all my questions. I was very nervous about the walls caving in during the winter months. He was finishing up for season no other pool companies returned my phone calls. He kept in contact during the winter and spring . He knew I had a deadline to meet in June and he came thru with a new liner and skimmer box. Highly recommend Crystal pools they will not disappoint.

Rob and his crew did a fantastic job! Rob told me step by step how it would be done. He showed and told if everything different needed to done. Excellent Work ethics! Taking down the old pool, getting the area ready for the new. Rob told it would two days. He was exactly correct! Everything he said was spot on! Excellent cleaned up after.
